Payment Processing (Optional)

1. Accept Check and Cash
If you are not looking to run credit cards, you can continue to accept cash and check from your members and add them to the registration system. This option is included with the online registration.

2. Credit/Debit Cards
If you would like to accept credit cards you have two options to choose for payment processors.
Option 1. Vikaza Payment Processing
   3% + $1.00 (per transaction)



  •  Accept all major credit and  debit cards.
  • Funds disbured by check or direct deposit.
  • No monthly/annual fees

Option 2. Your Own Payment Processing
  • Your bank merchant account may have its own rates
  • You would need another payment gateway account to process payments. Vikaza currently only supports Authorize.net which has a monthly charge
  • Payments directly deposited to your bank account
  • Monthly invoices from Vikaza
  • Additional monthly/annual fees by bank and gateway
  • Approval and activation between 2 and 4 weeks
