Hello Indian Valley Swim club Members, 

Relaxing on your final stage of Summer and you have an itch to do something productive at the club? Here are some area we can use volunteers on. Its important to maintain Your/OUR Club so-Just Do It! bring your kids to help. 

Deep cleaning: Thanks to Marianne Baldetti, she stepped up and Completely Clean out the Two Refrigerators, it needed it! and the rest of the counters and sinks...and so much more. We can still use more in the bathrooms. 

Sun Shades fixing: Thank you to Steven Heathcock, three of us fixed one of the Sun Shades...Two more to go. and thank you to the member that left the Nylon thread. it worked. The Shade material can be fixed, it doesn't unravel even though it has been cut. we can start with one shade. We can do this anytime during the week. Please email me if you want to help. 

New BBQ GRILL.....with the movie night and board approval early this summer....we have a new one!!....now it needs some nice member family to put it together. Any Takers? please email me.  

Neighbor request: One of the homes Next to the club has live is requesting for some "better eye appeal"  from her side of the lot line. She has lived in her house for 24 years and has accepted the swim club with all the activities. We can freshen up the fence and maybe some weed pulling and paint. 

Fiesta Bingo Event: please contact Sara Hare  sara@sarahare.com to put your name on the list for one of the volunteers now!

Weed pulling needed: in front of the walkway, hill in front of the parking lot.

Electrical work: after many overnight vandalism, we need more sensor lights installed to our current light fixtures. 

Please take the time to see where you can assist in these areas. These can be done at almost any time, just please let me know when you can.
