Dear club members,

Summer is here! Let’s hope the heat is shows up real soon.

I wanted to ask every single member to do their part on helping our club clean this summer.

With the Board and the tremendous help of the advisory committee and many members that stepped up this year, we have done so much work in the past months so you all can enjoy your swim club.

Just a few focus items I need everyone to have a family meeting about with their kids.

1)      Lawn and sprinkler systems: When you see the sprinklers running, spraying water, tell your kids; Please Stay off the Lawn. This will save us from breaking the expensive sprinkler heads.

2)      Trash, Plastic bottles and Glass bottles: Please pick up after all food dropped on the grounds. This attracts Ants and bugs. Trash, wrappers, cups, etc.  Goes in the appropriate trash container. All recycle plastic bottles and soda cans should go to recycle bin. Let’s help recycle and not the land fill. Bottles, Any bottles should stay in Snack Shack or grill area. You should pour your drinks in a plastic cups and recycle your bottles. NEVER BRING Bottles near pool area.  

3)      Bathrooms: we need everyone to help here, please wipe and clean up!

4)      Snack Shack refrigerators & Grills: What goes in, must leave with you the same day. Please brush the grill crates and turn OFF the gas after every use.

If we all do this together, it will make your time at the club that much more enjoyable everyday!
