We welcome the new swimming teams onto Vikaza. After talking to many swim team coordinators and coaches we have identified that they are not terribly thrilled to add the roster information on the website. Reason? Well, there are about 100+ swimmers in each team and it is not an easy task to add each team member information. So, again here we are to your rescue. We are offering free roster data entry for teams that have 30 or more players.

Our team had debated on providing an upload functionality to make things easier. But it turns out every team and every sport has their own roster formats... nothing is standard!! So, instead of forcing the coordinators to put it in our standard format we made a decision to do the good ole way... manual entry. Moreover, our data entry team is doing a heck of a job as you can see in our large database of pools and fields all over the U.S. This would be a piece of cake for them.

How does it work?. Well, we created an feature in your team website to upload your roster. Click on 'Roster' and 'Upload Roster'. In that page, just upload your roster file in (Excel or CSV) and leave us any special instructions in the comments field. Your roster will be ready in 3-4 business days.
