We inching awaying into complete automation of team management. We launched a feature this week where team coordinators can now invite their volunteers/administrators and parents/players separately. As the members join, their access levels are set automatically. So, you don't have to manually provide any rights to new members anymore.

So far it has been a very manual process to set administrative rights and it sometimes takes days when a new member gets the rights to use the team website. Now, by simply checking the administrator or member option before inviting members you will be completely hands off. We noticed that as new members join they are more excited to play around in the website rather than wait for a week to receive administrative rights.
