We are very excited to launch the online registration and payment feature on Vikaza. Thanks for your great feedback on the website features. We applied the same mantra of easy to use, do-it-yourself and intuitive to our new registration feature. Currently, we are providing features to setup youth sports registration. Youth sports registration as some of you coaches and league commissioners know is the critical part of the sports season. It not only requires information about the youth athlete registering but also the parent or guardian information. So it is a bit complicated to identify all the details and put it together.

Customization ... should we say 'Ultra'?

Our youth sports registration allows you to setup custom questions which could be anything from date of birth of athlete or T-shirt size to medical waivers. Better yet you can create your custom questions in any format you would like such as text field, drop-down list, memo text, date field, radio buttons, or checkboxes. You can also set if the fields are required or not so that you don't need to worry about your registrant not filling some data.

Payments..
For now, you can just piggy back on us to collect your payments. We will obsorb all the merchant account setup fees and payment gateway fees. You can simply setup your registration account and start collecting your registration data and fees instantly. We will send you a check by mail every 15 days of the funds collected.  

Setup is easy. Go to your organization website hosted on Vikaza and click on Manage Account. Click on Online Registration and complete the setup process. You are all set!
