Prana Kids program started as an opportunity to expose children to life-force that permeates everything. It was initiated to help children have fun while building a deeper understanding of themselves and the environment around them. Prana Kids program respects all religion and beliefs.

Each Prana Kids Camp includes the practice of Superbrain Yoga, meditation (modified for each age level), group discussions related to character-building, learning about prana or life-force, hatha yoga and a creative craft project.
