Location: Islamic Saudi Academy
Dates: Session I (Jul 1st - Jul 30st) & Session II (August 2nd - August 31st)
Times: Every Monday, Wednesday, Friday from 12pm to 4pm (Before Care @ 7am available)
Transportation: Roundtrip & One-Way Shuttle to or from Huntington Metro Station available
Lunch: Available daily
Attendees: Boys & Girls (14-18 yrs.)

The "Complete Player" Basketball Training Camp is a program designed by The House of Hoops to help players with their off-season development. The program was formulated to help players improve on every aspect of their game. Players will participate in the following activities daily:
Basketball Skills Training to "Improve Skills"
Mental Conditioning to "Make Better In-Game Decisions"
Strength Training to "Get Bigger and Stronger"
Cardio & SPARQ Training to "Increase Stamina, Speed, and Vertical"
Players train 3 times per week for approximately 4 hours per day to give them some consistency in their off-season workouts. When arrive they will be divided by skill level (beginner & advanced). In addition, they will set goals and monitor their progress towards those goals. Some workouts and scrimmages will be recorded, reviewed, and analyzed by coaches and players. Also, some professional and collegiate games will be reviewed and analyzed. All this will allow players to get a visual of their progress, a better understanding of their game, and enlightenment on the way they should be playing.
With all things taken in perspective, "The Complete Player" Camp has no comparison. This camp is guaranteed to take your child's game to the next level. They will never play the same.
Warning: This camp is for serious athletes. They will be pushed far beyond the norm. If your child does not like to work hard and be challenged, then they should not be enrolled in this camp.
