Please make sure you have your health insurance carrier name and policy number handy before starting the membership registration process. There will be an additional $25 late and processing fee for any registration paid beginning May 3rd. To be eligible for Shareholder Membership Pricing, you should have already purchased a share in the pool club. Contact the board or view the Membership Policy under the FHSC Policies tab to learn more about buying a share.
