The Baltimore’s Charm Basketball Organization has proudly served female student-athletes of the Baltimore metropolitan area since 2005. I am writing to ask you for your support of this worthy cause by making a contribution to Baltimore’s Charm “Swish” campaign. Our goal is to raise $50,000 through 2,000 individuals donating $25 dollars or more. Your support will help fund ongoing Charm programs and services including:

• Providing female student-athletes exposure to more than 600 college coaches at basketball exposure tournaments in locations that may include Maryland, Florida, Illinois, Louisiana, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, and the District of Columbia.

• An Athletic Skills Development program for female student-athletes beginning as early as the 3^rd grade through the end of high school where players learn the fundamentals of the game of basketball.

• Since 2003 our founder has assisted twenty-two female student-athletes in Baltimore’s Charm Basketball Organization garner over 2.6 million dollars in athletic scholarship, academic, and merit based financial aid for college.

•  Our Class of 2009 has received over $980,000.00 in scholarships and aid to attend college over the next four years.

• As educational consultants we have a college planning database to help our student-athletes and their parents research career pathways, set-up a high school four year academic plan, search for colleges, and understand how to finance a college education.

•  We encourage the student-athletes to participate in our SAT Preparation program to help them prepare for the college entrance exams.

 Please help support Baltimore’s Charm Basketball Organizations efforts to give female-student athletes a quality program in which they can display their athletic skills by making a suggested personal contribution of $25 or more to our “Swish” campaign. Your support will allow the Baltimore’s Charm Basketball Organization to continue to provide these programs and services to female student-athletes in the Baltimore Metropolitan community.
